Burn fat in 5 Minutes – HIIT / Tabata Workout

Ever heard of burpees? I’m currently traveling through Europe, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to show you my 5 minute workout that I love to do when I’m on vacation somewhere and I don’t have access to a gym. This is a great way to get your heart-rate up and running and is gonna help you burn more fat. It’s also a lot of fun to try out with a friend.

In this video I’m doing burpees. This is how it’s done:
1. Download a high intensity interval timer for your phone – I use this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/de…
2. Set the timer to 20sec work, 10sec rest and 10 rounds
3. Stretch your shoulders/chest and your legs
4. Now start the timer! Work as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds and repeat ten times (as set in the timer).
5. You’re done! Enjoy your exhaustion after only 5 minutes of working out.
