Keto Egg Muffins with Bacon & Feta

We’re back with one of our Keto Staples: Keto Egg Muffins with Bacon & Feta! This recipe is so simple, nutrient-dense and filling, it might become one of your favorites as well. Especially if you’re trying to lose weight on Keto!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 60g feta cheese
  • 160g bacon
  • 5g butter
  • sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C/350°F. Cut the bacon into small pieces and make it slightly crispy in a hot pan with about 5g of butter. Crack open 6 eggs and whisk them.
  2. Mix in the bacon. Then, mix in the 60g of feta cheese. Add 1/2 – 3/4 tsp of sea salt. Pour the mixture into small muffin forms (we used 9 silicone muffin forms for this recipe).
  3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. You’re done! Take them out of the oven and enjoy hot or cold!
