Keto Snacks from the Grocery Store

I’m taking you with me to the grocery store to find the best Keto snacks for when you’re on the go!

What’s available in your stores is obviously going to be different from what I can buy here in Vienna. I personally don’t often find myself in a situation where I need to buy something in the store to eat right away when I’m out, as I pretty much always prepare food at home beforehand. Plus, I rarely feel the need to snack on Keto as the two meals I eat per day are usually enough for me.

Nonetheless, here (in the video) are the things I would buy if I wanted to snack on Keto or eat something right away.
